Ludacris' Wife Praises Daughter In Heartfelt Message On Third Birthday
(AllHipHop News) Ludacris' wife Eudoxie is praising her three-year-old daughter on her birthday for showing her mom support during her miscarriage.
The model, who welcomed daughter Cadence in 2015, went public with the family tragedy in a post on Instagram a day after celebrating her birthday with a private bash at The Painted Duck in Atlanta, Georgia earlier this month.
"Lord, I thank you for the gift of life," she wrote. "This year didn't necessarily start off right for us. I had a miscarriage and needed to have surgery. It was very easy to complain and self pity but I refused to let the enemy win. I stayed faithful and prayed up."
And on Sunday, Eudoxie took to Instagram to celebrate her three-year-old's birthday and opened up more about the tragic experience.
"Today is a special day," she wrote alongside a picture of herself holding Cadence in her lap. "I couldn't imagine life sans you Cadence Gaelle Bridges. This little girl is the angel God has blessed us with. She reminds me of myself. Wise beyond our years. I'm 32 going on 65 as my husband likes to say and she is 3 going on 25. When she witnessed me crying for the first time during my miscarriage, she gave me a hug and said, "it's going to be ok Mama. Do you want daddy?" She even knows that daddy makes us all feel better. I love you ma cocotte. You make me stronger and better!!"
In addition to Cadence, Eudoxie is also stepmother to Ludacris' other children, daughter Karma, 16, and little girl Cai, four, from previous relationships. The couple wed in 2014.
