newest superstar Ludicris

is preparing his sophomore album Word of Mouf,

ready to hit stores on October 9th. The Southern rhyme

slanger, who is up for two Source Awards on August 20th,

has his production being provided by the Neptunes, Rockwilder,

Trackmasters, as well as the Timbaland, who produced the

album’s first single "How We Roll".

The follow

up to his double platinum "Back For the First Time"

also includes appearances by Shawna ("What’s Your

Fantasy"), Twista, and Jagged Edge amongst others.

Also on the album is "Area Codes," which features

Nate Dogg, and is also featured on the "Rush Hour

2" Soundtrack.

Ludicris is

also staying in the spotlight, appearing on Mariah Carey’s

first single "Loverboy" as well as Missy’s "Minute

Man."
