(AllHipHop News) After his death on September 7, Mac Miller's most recent album, Swimming, saw a significant commercial boost. The project jumped 634% in sales the following week.
Swimming pushed another 67,000 units which allowed the set to rise from #71 to #6 on the Billboard 200 chart. It previously peaked at #3 before Miller passed.
Every studio LP from the Pittsburgh native reached the Top 4 at some point. 2011's Blue Slide Park debuted at #1 and became the first independently-distributed debut album to open in the top spot since Tha Dogg Pound's Dogg Food in 1995.
