(AllHipHop News) On July 4 of last year, a man named Zemarcuis Devon Scott was arrested by the TexArkana Police Department after being found in the pilot seat of an American Eagle twin-engine jet.

The 18-year-old was first discovered by airport security who called 911 after seeing him hop the fence onto airport grounds around 2:30am.

Allegedly, he gave the psychologist the same story he told the TAPD and FBI following his arrest.

He revealed he was hoping to fly the plane to Chicago to see Famous Dex in concert, not worried about the training that goes behind flying an aircraft.

Initially charged with a felony, his managing Public Defender Jason Mitchell pleaded not guilty and later requested the court order a mental evaluation.

A report detailing the results of the evaluation was received and deems Scott fit to proceed.
