(AllHipHop News) Fans of Philly rapper Meek Mill will be disappointed to know the rapper has been denied bail.
After a month of protest that began on November 6th, Judge Genece Brinkley has finally issued a ruling on the rapper's fate.
Earlier today (December 4th) Judge Brinkley ordered for Meek to remain behind bars for a series of minor infractions he committed while he was on probation.
The rapper, who has been on probation since 2008 for a drug and gun charge, will languish behind bars for at least 2 to 4 years according to the 122-page ruling.
Judge Brinkley cited a number of issues with Meek, claiming he had tested positive for Percocet, was busted in a fight in St Louis Airport, and submitted false addresses on his paperwork
Judge Brinkley also said the world famous rapper was a "flight risk" because of the fake addresses.
“As stated on multiple occasions, he has never missed a previous court date in this case and poses absolutely no threat to the community, which makes him an ideal candidate for bail – a conclusion [prosecutors] did not oppose.”
