(AllHipHop News) Three years ago, Meek Mill and Drake were in the midst of one of this decade's hottest Hip Hop beefs. The feud was highlighted by Drake's Grammy-nominated diss record "Back To Back."
They have since settled their issues and collaborated for a track on Meek's new Championships album. "Going Bad" even includes the Philadelphia emcee making a reference to the song that turned him into countless memes.
To further show he's moved past his bad blood with Drake and being the butt of "L" jokes online, Meek rapped over the "Back To Back" beat as part of Funkmaster Flex's freestyle series. At one point Meek said, "I always wanted a piece of this. I felt like you got over on me on this. I had to pop my sh*t."
Meek Mill spitting bars on Funk Flex's Hot 97 show has become a yearly tradition. His 2016 freestyle has over 9 million views on YouTube, and the 2017 edition is currently at 4.4 million views on the site.
