(AllHipHop News) A week ago, Meek Mill received good news about a pending misdemeanor assault case in St. Louis. The Wins & Losses album creator struck a deal with prosecutors to have the case dismissed.
According to TMZ, Meek could still be sent back behind bars. The website reports the 30-year-old Philadelphia native must go back to court on Monday for possible probation violations.
Besides the St. Louis incident, the judge will also be examining an August arrest for reckless driving in New York. He was again able to avoid jail time in exchange for avoiding another arrest for six months and 30 hours of community service.
In 2015, Meek Mill was sentenced to six more years of probation for violating the terms of his parole for a 2009 drug and gun case. Meek could reportedly be sent back to jail for 20 months if the judge rules he violated his probation.
