(AllHipHop News) Meek Mill is putting his money (and his time) where his mouth is. The Championships album creator is not just talking about helping his community, he actually hit the street to give back.
Over 3,000 kids at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Recreation Center in Philadelphia received holiday gifts such as 500 bicycles and helmets, 400 PUMA sneakers, 15 Xbox game consoles, and hundreds of other toys. Meek and his family partnered with UMA and GoPuff for the giveaway.
James G. Blaine, Richard R. Wright, Edward Gideon, Roberto Clemente, William D. Kelley, and Strawberry Mansion Learning Center were the schools that participated in the charity event. Local organizations Unity in the Community and Dare 2 Hope also took part in presenting presents from Meek and the Dream Chasers.
