(AllHipHop News) Philly rap star Meek Mill took an L in court today, in his ongoing battle against a local judge.
Common Pleas Court Judge Leon Tucker denied the rapper’s motion, because he did not have the authority to make the ruling.
Today (June 12), the case went before Pennsylvania Supreme Court, where justices were evenly split 3/3 on whether or not Judge Brinkley should refuse herself.
Now, Meek must face Judge Genece Brinkley on June 18, where she will decide if he deserves another hearing or not.
The Court granted Meek bail back in April and told that Judge Brinkley that she should recuse herself, but she has refused to do so.
Meek’s Legal team will get another chance, but it will take place after the June 18 hearing.
