Megan Thee Stallion's "Hot Girl Summer" Video Shoot Reportedly Shut Down By Cops

The hottest woman in Hip Hop apparently didn't have some of her paperwork straight.

(AllHipHop News) There continue to be more and more stories connected to Megan Thee Stallion's "Hot Girl Summer" record. The most recent news report claims the song's video shoot was forced to shut down at one point.

According to TMZ, Los Angeles police officers were called to a Hollywood Hills neighborhood last Friday. Megan's team allegedly did not have the proper permits to film at the location, so the LAPD made her halt the production.

Hot Girl Meg and company were apparently able to relocate to Chino Hills, a city that is about 50 miles away from the Mount Olympus home used for the original spot. The visuals for "Hot Girl Summer" featuring Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign are still expected to arrive on the scheduled date.

All three artists are promoting the MV on their respective Instagram accounts. One pic from the set caused some social media users to speculate that Cardi B and the City Girls were being trolled. Megan and Nicki's animal print outfits were very similar to the animal print body paint worn by Cardi and Yung Miami in their "Twerk" video.

However, Megan Thee Stallion publicly stated she loves Cardi and wants to collaborate with the Bronx rapper on music. Meg also teamed with Yung Miami of the City Girls and Quavo of Migos for a track off the upcoming Quality Control: Control The Streets Volume 2 album.
