Michael Avenatti Releases Second Statement About New Alleged R. Kelly Sextape

The legal advocate says the evidence will lead to Robert's arrest and conviction.

(AllHipHop News) Michael Avenatti was thrust into the public's consciousness as the lawyer for Stormy Daniels, the adult-film actress that sued Donald Trump in order to break an NDA about their alleged affair. Avenatti is now involved in the R. Kelly sex crimes probe as well.

Apparently, Avenatti has been working with multiple clients to investigate allegations that Kelly sexually assaulted minors. The attorney tweeted a statement claiming there is a previously unreleased videotape of the R&B singer engaging in sex acts with an underage girl.

Twelve hours later, Avenatti posted a second statement about the matter. According to the legal firebrand, the alleged footage shows that Kelly and the 14-year-old girl are "clearly visible" in the 45-minute video.

R. Kelly (born Robert Kelly) was acquitted of child pornography in a 2008 criminal court case. The decades-long accusations against the 52-year-old musician resurfaced following the release of Lifetime's Surviving R. Kelly docuseries.
