The group is defending itself in a lawsuit of their YRN clothing line.

(AllHipHop News) The legal war over Migos clothing line Young Rich Nation continues to play out in court.

The group is embroiled in a nasty battle in a contractual dispute with former business partner/entrepreneur Norton Cher

Norton Cher sued the group back in May, claiming Migos was failing to uphold their end of the agreement by promoting the line and appearing at events.

Cher claimed in his original lawsuit that the group stabbed him in the back, when they launched a different line of gear with Universal Music.

Now in a counter-suit, Migos claim they never promoted the line because they received zilch in royalties, and they can't even figure how much they might be owed.

The group also claims YRN started marketing new lines using slogans they made famous, like "Bad & Boujee" and "Culture."

Migos is seeking an injunction to halt the sales of any more YRN clothing until the whole legal mess is sorted out.
