The Atlanta rap group deny any wrong-doing over a fight with Sean Kingston.

(AllHipHop News) Migos are looking to get out of a lawsuit over a wild fight with Sean Kingston inside of the Sands Expo and Convention Center.

According to reports, Migos are asking a judge to toss a lawsuit filed by their limo driver, who was knocked down in the fracas.

Michael Gradney says he injured when he was caught in the middle of a punching match between Quavo, Takeoff, and Offset, who were trying to attack Sean Kingston.

But Migos cite Gradney's own words, stating he could not identify exactly who attacked him, so they want the who lawsuit tossed.

Gradney is suing for his injuries and he also wants damages after he was psychologically terrorized, when the group jumped back in the car and ordered him to flee the scene after a gun was fired.

A judge has not ruled on Migos request.
