Miley Cyrus Settles Lawsuit Claiming She Stole "23 (J's On My Feet)"

Miley is out of the woods over an allegation of theft.

(AllHipHop News) Miley Cyrus has escaped a costly legal battle over her hit song “23 (J’s On My Feet).”

Producer Yella the Triple Threat originally accused Miley of stealing her song to “reinvent her musical career from child star to the edgier, urban, and adult performer she is today.”

According to the latest court filings, Yella has decided to drop the case against Miley, as a settlement appears to have been reached between all parties.

Last week, Yella the Triple Threat, born Ariella Asher, reached a settlement with Juicy J. dropped him from the case completely as well.
