(AllHipHop News) Timothy "Mozzy" Patterson was arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada last week. The Sacramento emcee was supposedly charged with gun possession by a prohibited person before being released on $5,000 bail.
The rapper was pulled over Thursday night in a black Maserati without license plates for failing to signal during a lane change. We're told Mozzy didn't have a driver's license and, upon inspection of his vehicle ... cops found a loaded Glock in a black book bag. That's a problem for Mozzy, because he's an ex-felon. He went to prison after a 2014 conviction for gun possession and possession of a controlled substance.
AllHipHop reached out to representatives of Patterson about the recent arrest. This story will be updated if more information is provided.
Meanwhile, the 31-year-old West Coaster addressed another court-related situation. Mozzy celebrated getting custody of his child. He posted on Instagram:

Mozzy has released numerous solo projects and collaborative efforts over the last 7 years. He dropped the "Pure In The Pack" music video on June 28, and the clip has amassed more than 1.5 million views on YouTube.
