Multiple People Shot During Q Money's Video Shoot In Cleveland

The performer's videographer is one of the victims.

(AllHipHop News) Cleveland rapper Qamar "Q Money" Williams was in his hometown to shoot a music video. According to reports, the scene filmed at a local bar ended in bloodshed.

A shooting took place around 1:30 am on Thursday. Seven men between the ages of 19 and 27 were injured as a result of the violence near the DPG Dog Pound Bar. Three victims are said to be in critical condition.

Two women got into a fight outside the bar which eventually led to men getting into a physical altercation too. One man involved in the brawl allegedly pulled out a gun and fired into the crowd of about 100 people.

A 27-year-old man was struck and fell to the ground. Then a different gunman supposedly fired several gunshots into the victim's chest. The 20-year-old videographer for the music video was also among the people shot.

"It's frustrating," said DPG Dog Pound owner Vincent Haynes. "[No one] respects each other anymore. It just doesn't make sense to me. I give up too much of my life to have someone come here and take away everything I've worked for."

Police have not arrested anyone in connection with the shooting. Q Money was interviewed by investigators.

Williams gained internet notoriety thanks to the #QMoneyChallenge. His single "Work" became a modest YouTube hit with 4 million video views on the platform.

"When I got out of jail, I started recording more music. I recorded 'Work' and then did a dance video to it with a real mirror in my hand. It went viral," Q told AllHipHop in 2017.
