(AllHipHop News) Tupac’s death continues to be investigated.

A former member of Tupac's group Outlawz has come forth claiming a key witness who saw the shooter was overlooked.

Tupac was shot on September 7, 1996, after a Mike Tyson event at MGM Grand in Los Vegas.

Most theories suggest Orlando “Baby Lane” Anderson, a Compton Crip gangster, was the gunman.

But Mutah Wassin Shabazz Beale, aka Napoleon, says otherwise.

Members of the Outlawz group, including Yaki Kadafi, were with Pac when he was shot.

The police concluded from a confession by Orlando Anderson’s uncle Keefe D. that it was his nephew who fired at Pac and Suge, but it seems they have not pinned down the actual shooter.

A recent YouTube video surfaced shows Napoleon revealing Yaki Kadafi witnessed the shooter take out Pac from the back seat.

Unfortunately, Kadafi died less than two months later in an accidental shooting in his New Jersey apartment.

Napoleon said the information was never passed to authorities because it is “code to the streets” to not participate with the police.
