Nas Takes Fans Down "Memory Lane" With Pop Up Shop Dedicated "Illmatic"

Nas' classic album is 25-years-old, and its influences still endures.

(AllHipHop News) Rap star Nas has teamed with Sony to take his fans on a trip down memory lane.

Nas is currently celebrating the 25th anniversary of his groundbreaking debut, Illmatic, which was officially released on April 19th, 1994.

To mark the occasion, Nas and Sony Music's Certified Classics just launched Illmatic XXV: Memory Lane with The Pop Up Agency.

For the next week, the Sony Square NYC space will host the pop-up shop, which will give fans access and insight into the world of Nas and the enduring impact of Illmatic.

XXV: Memory Lane will feature listening stations, photographs, artifacts and memorabilia and a huge mural created by Andre Trenier, the noted Bronx born and raised visual artist.

Illmatic XXV is open now and closes Saturday, April 27.
