**(AllHipHop News) NBA star LeBron James has signed on to produce the remake of a classic hip-hop movie.
A new installment of "House Party" will hit theaters, thanks to a new agreement between LeBron's company SpringHill Entertainment, and New Line Cinema.
The first "House Party" hit theaters in 1990, and starred Kid N Play, Full Force, Robin Harris, Martin Lawrence, Tisha Campbell and others.
The film was a hit, grossing almost $30 million at the box office during its run.
"House Party" also spawned several sequels, "House Party 2" in 1991 and "House Party 3" in 1994.
In 2001, "House Party 4: Down To The Last Minute" was released with no original cast members, and in 2012 a movie called "House Party: Tonight's The Night" was released with appearances from Kid N Play.
No release date is set for the sixth movie in the "House Party" series of films.
