(AllHipHop News) Actor/rapper/comedian Nick Cannon has been named Global Brand Ambassador for Hollywood based tech company bBooth.

The announcement was made by bBooth CEO Rory Cutaia during a red carpet event over the weekend, where Nick Cannon also performed his new song “If I Was Your Man” with Jeremih.

“bBooth’s technology has enormous potential and I’m very excited to work with Rory and his team to introduce it to the world,” Nick Cannon told AllHipHop.com in a statement.

bBooth’s CEO Rory Cutaia believes Nick Cannon’s passion for technology, as well as his high visibility on shows like “America’s Got Talent,” and “Wild-N-Out” will help spread the word about its interactive technology.

“Nick Cannon is that rare combination of artist and entrepreneur, extremely talented and successful at both a true Renaissance man,” Cutaia, said. “We’re thrilled to have him on our team at bBooth, building value for our
