(AllHipHop News) In case you missed the mess, Nicki Minaj and Cardi B spent hours yesterday blasting each other. It started with Nicki's Queen Radio show which led to Cardi firing back in a series of videos on Instagram.
The two rap stars also pulled Hennessy Carolina, Rah Ali, 21 Savage, Mariahlynn, Little Mix, Jason Lee, the Diesel clothing line, and the Wilhelmina model agency into the beef. They both accused the other of lying and "receipts" were presented.
Cardi posted emails backing up her claim that she was offered a Diesel deal, and she displayed a direct message from "Krippy Kush" producer Rvssian that showed Nicki was wrong about why 21 Savage didn't appear in the song's music video. Plus, Little Mix took to Instagram to state that the group approached Nicki first for a feature on "Woman Like Me."
The collective Internet watched the drama play out in real time. Cardi and Nicki's names were trending on Twitter for hours. As the clash hit a fever pitch, Nicki tapped out by tweeting she was ready to move on from the negativity.
"Ok you guys, let’s focus on positive things only from here on out. We’re all so blessed. I know this stuff is entertaining & funny to a lot of people but I won’t be discussing this nonsense anymore. Thank you for the support & encouragement year after year. Love you," wrote Minaj.
Cardi then uploaded Nicki's tweet on her IG page. The "Money" performer added a caption that read, "[Nicki Minaj] alright then! Let’s keep it positive and keep it pushing!"
