(AllHipHop News) Nipsey Hussle's family members have reportedly had a number of crowdfunding efforts aimed at raising money for the slain rapper's kids shut down, because the donations are not needed.
Nipsey was gunned down outside his Los Angeles clothing store on March 31, leaving his two young children, daughter Emani and son Kross, without their dad.
As fans mourned the tragic loss, a number of good samaritans decided to launch online fundraising efforts to collect donations for the kids' welfare, with retired American footballer Reggie Bush, Kim Kardashian's ex, among those setting up a campaign in Hussle's memory.
However, sources close to the family said that Nipsey, a savvy businessman, had already set up trust funds for his children to ensure they would be well taken care of in the future.
Nipsey, real name Ermias Asghedom, owned all of his master recordings and his Marathon Clothing shop, and as a result, his loved ones will not be struggling financially.
They have since made requests to have the crowdfunding campaigns taken down, so the donations can be returned to well-wishers.
Hussle, who was also a social activist, was remembered at a public memorial in Los Angeles on Thursday and laid to rest on Friday.
