Prosecutors decided not to charge Offset over an incident when he went shopping for his baby.

(AllHipHop News) Rapper Offset received some good news on the legal front today (May 30).

The rapper was initially charged with a felony, after he went shopping for strollers at a Target in Atlanta, Georiga.

He was approached by Junior Gibbons, who took out his iPhone to take a picture and document the encounter, but he ended up getting into an altercation with The Migos group member instead.

During the fight, Offset allegedly smashed Gibbons' iPhone, which resulted in the felony charge.

Prosecutors decided to drop the charges because Offset and Gibbons have come to a settlement agreement.

While the details of the settlement were not released, in previous interviews, Gibbons said he just wanted a new cellphone.
