Offset Responds To Backlash Over Crashing Cardi B's Rolling Loud Festival Set

The couple's marriage problems continue to play out in front of the world.

(AllHipHop News) Cardi B was the Rolling Loud Festival headlining act on Saturday night in Los Angeles. The "I Like It" performer became a top trending topic on Twitter after her estranged spouse, Offset, crashed the stage to apologize for his infidelity.

Offset's act drew mixed reactions from the public. Some people applauded him for fighting to get his wife back, but critics accused the Migos rapper of exhibiting stalker behavior. Set addressed the issue via Twitter.

"All of my wrongs have been made public, I figure it’s only right that my apologies are made public too. A n*gga was just trying .....thank god I ain’t got no balloons sheeesh," tweeted the 27-year-old Atlanta native.

Even though Cardi didn't seem to be very receptive to her husband's on-stage mea culpa at the time, she later defended Offset against people slamming him on social media. The New Yorker said on IG, "I’m not saying that I’m gonna get back together with him. I just don’t like that bashing online thing.”

Cardi added, "You just saw how Pete Davidson was talking about how he don’t even want to be on this earth because mad people be coming at him every single day. I wouldn’t want my baby father to have that feeling because of millions of people be bashing him every day. That’s a nasty feeling, and I wouldn’t want that.”
