(AllHipHop News) YFN Lucci may have thrown a successful party, but things didn’t exactly end on a high note.
The family who owns the Buckhead mansion which lies in the center of Atlanta states that they did not allow the Atlanta rapper to throw the house party.
Allegedly, the noise upset neighbors.
Late Saturday night, Atlanta police were called to the noise and traffic complaints at 4499 Garmon Road.
The homeowners’ nephew Tosin Oduwole states, “That type of ruckus, that type of noise, is not something that happens here every day. That was not an event that I co-signed on or agreed to. There was someone that deceived me as far as what they were looking to do.”
He said he thought a woman was hosting a small pamper party and the actual party was definitely not part of the agreement.
Tosin also states they assured him that no crimes were being committed.
After reviewing the surveillance video from that evening, he discovered Lucci’s function and damage to his family property.
But, according to WSBTV, this isn’t the first time the property has experienced complaints.
Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms and City Councilman J.P. Matzigkeit is now looking to push new legislation in hopes of banning these so-called party houses.
