(AllHipHop News) PartyNextDoor and a friend were arrested and charged with drug possession Thursday, as the singer entered the United States.
The singer was leaving his native Toronto when he was arrested at the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge. Authorities inspected a bus transporting the singer and his friend and they were apprehended by U.S. Customs and Border police.
The Toronto singer and songwriter was arrested for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge after state troopers were called to help the U.S. Customs and Border personnel for an inspection.
The authorities allegedly found Xanax and Oxycodone on the singer and his friend, Jerome Nevins, reportedly had Xanax. The pair went to court and were issues appearance tickets. They will presumably have to go to court at a later date.
PND was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance in New York.
