Pharrell Williams & 'Girls Trip' Writer Tracy Oliver Working On Movie Thriller 'Survive The Night'

An adaptation of the Danielle Vega's young adult book is headed to the big screen.

(AllHipHop News) Pharrell Williams is taking on a producing role for another film. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Williams is partnering with Girls Trip writer Tracy Oliver for the new thriller Survive the Night.

The film follows a group of college students that get trapped at an underground music festival on Halloween. They must overcome being hunted by a mysterious attacker.

Survive the Night is an adaption of the book by Danielle Vega. Oliver is set to direct and to pen the script.

Pharrell's I Am Other Entertainment is producing the movie. Previously, the accomplished music artist was involved in the production of Dope, Roxanne Roxanne, and Hidden Figures.
