Pi'erre Bourne Discusses Wanting To Be A Rapper & Possibly Collabing With Drake

The SossHouse rep wants the world to know he's not just a production wizard.

(AllHipHop News) Jordan "Pi'erre Bourne" Jenks has racked up millions of streams as the producer of songs like Playboi Carti's "Magnolia," 6ix9ine's "Gummo," and Kanye West's "Yikes." But Pi'erre is also a performer in his own right.

The South Carolina-raised creator just released his "Marie Curie" track. Pi'erre's new single debuted as Zane Lowe’s World Record on Beats 1. In addition, he talked about always having the desire to be a rhymer.

"When I was a kid I wanted to be a rapper first. When I was little, I was writing raps all day but my mom used to throw away my rhyme books before I had a chance to make a beat," recalled the 24-year-old professional.

A full-length album from Pi'erre is coming. According to the Hip Hop artist, the project may feature one of the biggest music stars on the planet.

"Me and Carti got a crazy song on there. I have to put my buddy on there. I’m supposed to get a verse from Drake, so we're waiting on this verse from Drake," said Bourne. "Are the Drake vocals in yet? We need some Drake and Pi’erre. The world needs it."
