(AllHipHop News) Post Malone continues to push his way to the top of the rap/R&B game.
The Texas-raised artist first came on the scene with his breakout single “White Iverson,” which eventually landed him a deal with Republic Records.
At the end of 2016, Post released his debut album, Stoney, home to lead single "Congratulations" which peaked at number eight on the Billboard Hot 100.
With the release of his second studio album, Beerbongs & Bentleys, old fans, and news fans couldn’t help but tune in.
The project, which has barely been out for two weeks, also gave Post his first number one Billboard 100 hit with “Rockstar” featuring 21 Savage.
Now, the celebration continues. As announced by Spotify, Beerbongs & Bentleys has broken the first-week streaming record both in the States and worldwide.
This comes just one week after Malone broke the record for most first-day streams on Spotify, clocking in at over 47,930,039 streams in the U.S. alone.
With features from Ty Dolla $ign, YG, G-Eazy, Swae Lee and Nicki Minaj, the project was also certified Platinum by the RIAA in just a few days.
