Post Malone's Old House Mistakenly Targeted In Home Invasion

The thieves were looking for the "Psycho" performer.

(AllHipHop News) It looks like the recent wave of robberies at celebrities' homes is not over. Except, the latest theft attempt hit the wrong place.

TMZ reports three men entered a San Fernando Valley house after midnight on September 1 with one of the suspects allegedly yelling "Where's Post Malone?" The problem was that the beerbongs & bentleys creator moved from that location several months ago.

Unfortunately, that didn't stop the burglars from reportedly stealing $20,000 worth of items from the mistaken victim. A resident was apparently pistol-whipped as well.

Over the last year, Mariah Carey, Rich The Kid, Tori Brixx, Rae Sremmurd, Wiz Khalifa, Christina Milian, and other stars have seen their LA-area residences robbed or nearly robbed. It's not clear if the rash of home invasions are connected.
