President Donald Trump Is Collecting A Dossier on Urban Journalists
(AllHipHop News) The allegations were revealed during a confrontation between President Trump’s “Public Liason Leader” Omarosa Manigault, and April Ryan who is a veteran White House reporter for the Urban America Networks.
The two women got into an argument near in front of the White House, which almost escalated into a physical confrontation according to Ryan.
During their confrontation, which took place in front of the office of White House Spokesman Sean Spicer, Omarosa allegedly berated the veteran journalist and issued threats of physical violence towards her for publishing negative information about the president and the administration.
A Washington Post reporter who witnessed the incident said that Omarosa’s behavior was so extreme that “it was Secret Serviceable,” which according to the Washington Post, means it had risen to the level of legal intervention.
“She stood right in my face like she was going to hit me,” April Ryan said in an interview. “I said, ‘You better back up.’ … She thought I would be bullied. I won’t.”
The two women, who were former friends, April Ryan says she was disappointed in Omarosa’s behavior, especially since they were longtime friends before the confrontation.
“It’s just ugly,” April Ryan said. “She’s trying to harm my integrity and my career. I’ve been [covering the White House] for 20 years. And I plan to be here for the next 20 years.”
