Prosecutors In South Carolina Revoke Kodak Black's Bond; Rapper To Remain Jailed

Kodak was almost freed from a Miami prison if it were not for his case in South Carolina.

(AllHipHop News) Kodak Black's not going to be getting out of jail after all.

The rap star just put up his $600,000 house as collateral in hopes of getting out of jail on his most recent federal weapons case, for lying on an application to buy multiple guns.

According to reports, prosecutors in South Carolina are moving to revoke the rap star's $100,000 bond in a rape case he is currently fighting.

Kodak was indicted for first-degree sexual assault over accusations he had forced himself upon a teenage girl in February 2016.

The alleged victim reported the incident to a nurse at her high school, who eventually passed along the info on to cops at the Florence County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest in Miami, as well as several other run-in's with the law have prompted prosecutors in the South Carolina case to ask a judge to keep Kodak locked down.
