(AllHipHop News) Prosecutors are not letting up with NBA YoungBoy.
In 2016, he was charged with aggravated assault for a drive-by shooting on Kentucky Street in his hometown of Baton Rouge, serving as his second arrest in just two years.
One prosecutor is requesting the judge revoke his three year probation and order him a suspended 10-year prison sentence instead.
NBA Youngboy’s attorney believes the 19-year-old rapper has done nothing wrong in Atlanta and the probation revocation requested is unnecessary.
Lawyer James Manasseh states, “An arrest is simply an allegation. Our position is he didn’t do anything wrong.”
Still, the prosecutors are calling the “No Smoke” rapper a “threat to society and the safety of others.”
While on probation, NBA has obtained his GED and completed half of the community service hours he was ordered.
