A Def Jam executive is declaring the LP is album of the year, any genre.

(AllHipHop News) In the midst of his month-long tweet storm in April, Kanye West revealed Pusha T's next studio album would be delivered this week. But there were still a lot of questions about whether the release date would actually hold.

DJ Booth is now confirming that King Push is landing on its expected day. Def Jam Recording's Executive Vice President Steven Victor verified the project is still on track for a May 25 arrival.

With Pusha's LP officially set for Friday, there are now higher expectations that other G.O.O.D. Music/Def Jam artists will be dropping in the coming weeks. Kanye recently tweeted a video featuring whiteboards with the performer's pending tracklists written on them.

The clip included listings for Ye, Kids See Ghost (Kanye West & Kid Cudi), Pusha, Nas, and Teyana Taylor. Only Pusha and Kids See Ghost's respective tracklists appear to be completed.
