QC's Pierre "Pee" Thomas Checks Khia Over "My Neck, My Back" Sample Complaint

The Thug Misses may have targeted the wrong people.

(AllHipHop News) Rapper-turned-YouTuber Khia went on the warpath against Quality Control Music. She accused label head Pierre "Pee" Thomas of sampling her 2002 hit "My Neck, My Back (Lick It)" for City Girls' "F*ck Dat N*gga" without compensation.

"You know I'm mad at you cause you let those old dirty ass City Girls sample my sh*t, and you didn't pay me," ranted Khia on social media. "While you act like you got so much motherf*cking money, you ugly fat necked b*tch."

Pee fired back on Instagram with receipts. He posted emails, a letter, and a photo of a check that showed the sample was cleared by the owners of the master recording and publishing.

The QC executive also wrote directly to Khia on IG:

Thanks for listening to City Girls. I just want to let you know we cleared “My Neck, My Back” with E1 who owns the master and Memory Lane and Third Side Music on the publishing. I suggest you reach out to your publisher regarding the clearance. We have the agreements for the use and everyone was paid. You definitely set the pace with your monumental track. Keep blasting the City Girls.
