Eric The Jeweler says he's not suing or pressing charges.

(AllHipHop News) Quavious "Quavo Marshall was accused of being involved in an assault and robbery in New York City during Grammy festivities. TMZ reports the case is now stalling since supposed victim Eric The Jeweler is not working with investigators.

Eric recently posted a message on social media claiming he and the Migos member don't have any issues. He also blasted the press for perpetuating the story.

"Just for the record since the media likes to put things in their own words and elevate things that aren't really true to another level, I am not suing or pressing charges against Quavo," wrote Eric on Instagram. "The media got it all twisted it was all just a big misunderstanding. We are on good terms and back to conducting business as usual!"

Migos returned to NYC over the weekend to appear on Saturday Night Live. The Atlanta-based group performed "Stir Fry" and "Narcos" on the NBC program.
