(AllHipHop News) R. Kelly’s studio in the Near West Side of Chicago is still ‘dangerous’, according to the city.

One day after another inspection of the warehouse rented by the “Ignition” singer, attorneys concluded the building is still being used a residence.

Chicago Sun-Times reports the building was zoned for commercial use and has violated the city code.

City attorney Greg Janes states, “There’s still every indication that there’s residential use on the second floor.”

The judge ordered to block off the second floor of the building leaving the recording studio, and limiting the hours of accessibility to in between 9 am and 5 pm.

Of course, this doesn’t sit well with R. Kelly, who said: “I have never been creative or worked between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.”
