(AllHipHop News) It looks like Kanye West’s album listening parties being held around the country are getting him in trouble.

Just one day prior to the publicized listening on Thursday, May 31st, Ye held another private listening at Kuipers Family Farm.

Located in Maple Park, Illinois, this is a family-owned farm that grows apples, pumpkins and Christmas trees.

While the G.O.O.D. Music founder himself was not present, hundreds of people came to join the festivities.

Local police were ready for the head count, but what they couldn’t control was the volume of the music.

“Even though this was on the east side of the property where the owners have a store and facilities for weddings and banquets, there are neighbors all around, and we got many calls throughout the night," Patrick Gengler, chief deputy with the Kane County Sheriff’s Office, stated. "There had to be more than 20 complaints of excessive noise, and anyone there would have had to agree it was too loud.”

Kim Kuipers, co-owner of the farm alongside her husband Wade, said she was blindsided by the event, thinking it would be a 200-person VIP event with some prominent people in the industry.

“I feel in many ways like we were hustled, as we never expected to see so many people, and we don’t feel this (was) what we signed up for,” she said. “We counted people as they came in, and we had 453 plus whatever staff they brought.”

Kuipers is looking to take legal action.
