(AllHipHop News) Five days ago, a key witness in the case of rapper C-Murder, who was convicted of murdering a 16-year-old back in 2002 recanted his testimony.
Corey Miller spoke out on the recent news during an interview with WDSU.
“I want him to know I’m not upset with him. I’m proud of him. And me and my family, and my daughters," Miller stated. "My daughters, we thank him. For real. This is a life-changing moment.”
“The hope is finally here. There’s actually hope that I may not die in jail… My heart hasn't smiled since I've been locked up for 16 years, and I just want them to know that my heart is smiling,” during the 15-minute conversation.
Miller is currently serving a sentence of life without parole in the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola for the death of Steven Thomas.
