(AllHipHop News) Rapper Lil Durk hit the streets yesterday afternoon, after he was released from an Atlanta jail over a shooting last February.
Durk caught a minor break in his attempted murder case after he was granted bond over the allegations.
His lawyers successfully argued the case for their client to be released on bond until his trial, insisting he is not a flight risk.
The judge agreed, and set his bond at $250,000 , which he posted Friday evening.
The rapper was extremely happy to be a free man in video obtained showing his release.
Durk literally skipped to a waiting SUV waiting to whisk him away from the facility.
Durk will have to stick to a strict curfew, banning him from going outdoors from 11pm until 7am.
The rapper, who previously served time for a weapons charge in 2011, had previously insisted he was innocent.
Lil Durk is facing five five felonies in relation to a shooting which took place outside The Varsity restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia in early February, when a man was shot in the leg.
He is facing charges of criminal intent to commit murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and associating with a criminal street gang to participate in a crime.
