(AllHipHop News) One of the most enduring, lyrical rap beefs has come to and end.
Remy Ma and Lady Luck have been at odds for what seems to be hundreds of years, but the pair have put the situation to rest. The friction between the two hit an apex at a New York rap battle way back in 2004. They squared off at the the Fight Klub in front of a small, but raucous crowd.
However, the pair continued to take shots at each other over the years. That all ended last year when Luck gave Remy a nod in a freestyle rap she recorded. Remy noted the act of kindness and the pair ended up having a conversation on the phone.
Luck commented on her social media.
"Won’t he do it? In such tumultuous times where people are detached not only from God but each other, it’s such a relief to put a 1000 year old beef to rest. I pray for unity amongst female mc’s because we are few and face many adversities alone. Life is about growing and maturity. We should start the #LetGoChallenge."
Remy has yet to comment.
