(AllHipHop News) Rapper Rev Run and his wife Justine are heading to Netflix in a new scripted comedy.

The former "Run's House" reality stars will star in a new untitled comedy next year.

The new series centers around the fictional couple's relationship, and the retired rapper's dismay, as his wife begins a quest to start a new business.

The script for the series was written by Jeremy Bronson, who created ABC's most recent hit series, “The Mayor.”

According to Variety , the untitled show was pitched to ABC's last year, but the network didn't bite.

So Rev Run and his wife decided to executive-produced the entire series, and deliver it directly to Netflix, through a partnership with Amblin TV and ABC Studios.

The untitled comedy series with rev run and his wife Justine is scheduled to debut on Netflix sometime in 2018.
