(AllHipHop New) Just last week, Pharrell Williams' legal team sent Donald Trump a cease and desist letter, requesting the POTUS stop playing his music at campaign rallies. Rihanna has now made it known she also doesn't want her tunes to be connected to the president's politics either.
Washington Post reporter Philip Rucker tweeted that Trump was playing Riri's “Don’t Stop the Music” at a political event in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The music superstar reacted to the tweet.
"Not for much longer...me nor my people would ever be at or around one of those tragic rallies, so thanks for the heads up [Philip]!" posted Rihanna.
Several other musicians have asked Trump to stop using their records at his rallies. The list of acts includes Steven Tyler, The Rolling Stones, Elton John, R.E.M., Adele, and the Prince Estate.
