Roc Nation Congratulates J. Cole For '2014 Forest Hills Drive' Going 3x Platinum

This is Jermaine's first album to hit that milestone.

(AllHipHop News) Followers of J. Cole are patiently waiting for the North Carolina legend to drop his next solo project as well as Dreamville Records' Revenge of the Dreamers III compilation. While fans stand by for those efforts, they have clearly been revisiting 2014 Forest Hills Drive regularly since its release four and a half years ago.

Roc Nation posted a congratulatory message revealing that Cole's third studio LP is now triple platinum. The Recording Industry Association of America certified 2014 Forest Hills Drive as platinum in January 2016 and double platinum in October 2016.

All five albums released by J. Cole have reached at least platinum status. 2014 Forest Hills Drive is the only one to move more than two million units. The LP hosted popular tracks such as "Wet Dreamz," "G.O.M.D.," "No Role Modelz," "Apparently," and "Love Yourz."

Cole's latest single, "Middle Child," was recently certified double platinum. "Middle Child" also became the highest charting song on the Hot 100 in the 34-year-old emcee/producer's career when it peaked at #4 earlier this year.
