(AllHipHop News) Earlier this month, a 12-year-old boy was arrested for allegedly selling CDs of his own music at a Cumberland Mall in Georgia.

A video of the young teenager, who raps under the name of Corey J or Lil C-Note, went viral after his aunt recorded a confrontation with a cop.

The clip reveals a policeman speaking Corey J asking: “You are 12 years old?” before telling him he was going to send him to jail.

The aunt proceeds to scream at the cop, at which point the police officer throws Corey to the ground and the video becomes blurred.

American singer, songwriter, and producer Axl Rose took to his 1.22 million followers on Twitter to defend the boy, stating, “Do this to me, you asshole. I’ll be here waiting.”

The arrest of Corey J., who rose to fame after an appearance on Ellen last year, sparked a large protest at the mall shortly after the incident.
