Rolling Loud Festival Founders Talk Expansion To China, Japan, and The U.K.
(AllHipHop News) The organizers of the Rolling Loud Festival have announced the brand is expanding internationally in 2018.
The Rolling Loud Festival was originally launched as a one-day event in 2015, which pulled in over 6,000 attendees.
The festival eventually expanded into a three-day event in Miami, in addition to launching a recent installment in the Bay Area
According to Rolling Loud founders Tariq Cherif and Matt Zingler, the festival will host events internationally next year In China, Japan, and the United Kingdom.
"Rolling Loud is the #1 hip-hop festival in the world," said Tariq Cheriff. "After selling out three consecutive years in a row in Miami, it's time to take the Rolling Loud experience on the road. Rap music is the most popular and fastest growing genre of music, and the world deserves to experience curated lineups of its champions."
The Rolling Loud events will culminate with the 4th Annual Rolling Loud Festival in Miami in May of 2018.
"Each show will feature a different assortment of hip-hop's biggest superstars as well as underground heavyweights," said Zingler. "Miami will remain as our home and premier event as we establish the Rolling Loud brand around the world."
In related news, organizers for Rolling Loud just announced the lineup for Rolling Loud LA, which will take place at the NOS Event Center in San Bernardino.
Rappers like Future, ScHoolboy Q, Gucci Mane, Smokepurpp, Rae Sremmurd, Post Malone, Young Dolph and others will hit one of three stages during Rolling Loud LA, which takes place December 16th and 17th.
