(AllHipHop News) The return of G-Unit has been one of the most talked about news stories of 2014. After reuniting on stage at Summer Jam and dropping songs on the Internet, the crew released the commercial project The Beauty of Independence this week.
So how many fans purchased 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo, Young Buck, and Kidd Kidd's new EP?
According to Hits Daily Double, the project is expected to push between 12,000-14,000 copies in its opening week. Those numbers would put the The Beauty of Independence in a close race for the number 13 position on the chart with Iggy Azalea's The New Classic (13-15K), Beyoncé's Beyoncé (12-14K), and Luke Bryan's Crash My Party (12-14K).
Pop vocalist Ariana Grande is expected to land at number one with her My Everything LP. After earning his first number one album with Blacc Hollywood, Wiz Khalifa is now headed to the number six spot on next week's chart. The project is predicted to sell between 23,000-26,000 units in its second week.
