'SNL' Spoofs Soulja Boy's 'The Breakfast Club' Interview

Is the 'Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hop Edition' star ready to run against the president?

(AllHipHop News) A celebrity reaches the apex of pop culture when he or she becomes a character on Saturday Night Live. Soulja Boy got the SNL treatment this weekend.

Chris Redd played the "Crank That" rapper during a "Weekend Update" segment. The impersonation was highly influenced by Soulja's super-viral interview with The Breakfast Club.

"Trump!?! Trump!?! The dude that got bodied by the popular vote?" responded Redd as the Gucci headband-wearing entertainer when asked if he could defeat Donald Trump in the 2020 election.

Soulja's sit down with The Breakfast Club has quickly become the third most viewed video on the radio program's YouTube channel. The Q&A has over 13 million plays. It's only behind the infamous interviews with Birdman and 6ix9ine.

For the record, DeAndre "Soulja Boy" Way cannot run for the White House next year. A candidate has to be at least 35 years old to seek the presidency, and Soulja would be just 29 in 2020.
