(AllHipHop News) Imprisoned Death Row Records founder Marion “Suge” Knight has filed a lawsuit against Dr. Dre, claiming he hired a hitman to kill him.
Suge also claims he was cheated out of hundreds of millions of dollars, when Dre sold Beats to Apple.
TMZ.com reports that Suge just filed new court documents claiming he had Dr. Dre signed to a lifetime deal which would have entitled him to 30% of the $1 billion Dre made when Apple bought Beats By Dre for $3 billion dollars in May of 2014.
The lawsuit claims instead of paying Suge his $300 million cut, Dre instead hired a hitman named T-Money to murder Suge.
Suge was shot seven times inside of 1 Oak in August of 2014, and he claims the L.A. County Sheriff's Department took a statement from a man named T-Money, who claimed Dr. Dre had paid him to kill Suge.
When that plot failed, Suge claims Dre and Universal paid Cle “Bone” Sloan $300,000 to make Suge go away.
Suge ended up running over Bone and another man named Terry Carter, who died from his injuries, claiming he was afraid the men were going to kill him.
In addition to Dr. Dre, Apple, Universal and Tam's Burgers are named in the lawsuit.
Suge is currently being held on $10 million bail fighting charges that include murder, attempted premeditated murder, hit and run resulting in death, and hit and run resulting in injury.
