Suspect Accused Of Killing XXXTentacion Is "Sane" And Will Face Murder Charges

Insanity charges did not fly for one of the suspects accused of murdering the famous rapper.

(AllHipHop News) A suspect in slain rapper XXXTentacion's murder case has been found competent to stand trial.

The 20-year-old hip-hop star, real name Jahseh Onfroy, was gunned down outside a motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, Florida in June.

Suspects Michael Boatwright, Trayvon Newsome, Dedrick Williams, and Robert Allen were subsequently charged with murder and armed robbery with a firearm.

In August, a judge ordered Boatwright to undergo a mental exam to determine if he understood the charges against him, and he has now been deemed competent to stand trial.

Now, the path has been cleared for Boatwright is his crew of alleged murderers to face criminal charges for the brazen daylight robbery and shooting.
